• Initial consultation: I will have you complete a questionnaire prior to our meeting. We will go over the questionnaire, your vision, needs, and wants. We will go over your budget and the wedding checklist/timeline
• Unlimited meetings, phone calls, text, and consultations: Bi-weekly updates based on your preference.
• Assist and the management of the budget.
• Research vendors and venues specific to your needs.
• Assistance in booking, communicating, and meeting with vendors.
• Oversight of vendor/venue contracts and confirmations.
• Assist in complete design plan including theme, concept, layouts, tablescapes and color schemes.
• Creation of a Pinterest board for joint collaboration on design.
• Assist with Wedding Registry.
• Coordination of invitations, program, and printed materials.
• Final detailed session 3 weeks before wedding to ensure your day goes smoothly and create a customized wedding timeline packet to be sent to the wedding party, family, and vendors (includes detailed itinerary, outline of each attendant’s responsibilities, map, if needed, important contacts and numbers, etc.)
• Venue walk-through to finalize floor plan, décor, lighting, logistics, etc.
• Review contracts and confirm details with vendors (arrival times, delivery requirements, return instructions, set-up needs, etc.)
• Coordinate rehearsal.
• Coordinate and plan the rehearsal dinner.
